Experienced Transactional Real Estate Paralegal/Legal Assistant

Due to continued growth, Sneed, Vine & Perry, PC is seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Legal Assistant / Paralegal for a real estate/corporate transactional group to provide a full range of support in the areas of commercial finance, real estate, corporate governance, legal entity management, and large-scale corporate transactions.

You Will

  • Work closely with attorneys in all aspects and stages of large-scale real estate transactions, including the coordinating of commercial real estate transactions, preparation of closing documents, loan documents, entity formations and title company documentation
  • Communicate with clients, lenders, equity partners, title companies and other parties in connection with the real estate closings, inventory, organize and update closing documents, prepare and assemble real estate closing packages for escrow closings and finalize closing binders post-closing
  • Prepare and file formation documents in different states, obtain EINs and satisfy US Treasury BOI registration
  • Prepare electronic closing binders and distribution of correspondence and legal documents
  • Supervise legal invoice processing

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of paralegal/legal assistant experience and/or relevant in-house law firm experience working as a Corporate Paralegal
  • Bachelor’s Degree, paralegal certification or equivalent experience
  • Experience working independently and driving the execution of tasks as well as working with a team to assist in the completion of project deliverables
  • Be inquisitive, detail oriented, diligent with the ability to multitask, work under sensitive deadlines, prioritize tasks appropriately, and enjoy working hard and being continually challenged
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work within a complex and constantly changing, fast-paced work environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Acrobat, and billing software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
