Associate General Counsel

Key Responsibilities

• Lead internal investigations and manage regulatory matters.
• Advise leadership on legal, compliance, and risk issues.
• Respond to government inquiries and regulatory actions.
• Develop and oversee corporate compliance programs.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess legal risk.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on compliance initiatives.
• Support corporate governance and board activities.
• Advise on strategic business and operational decisions.
• Manage outside counsel and complex legal matters.

Qualifications

• JD and active U.S. law license.
• 10+ years of legal experience.
• Background in compliance, investigations, governance, and regulatory matters.
• Experience working with government agencies.
• In-house or high-growth company experience preferred.
• Strong judgment, communication, and executive advisory skills.
• Business-focused, practical approach to solving complex legal issues.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority matters simultaneously.
