Associate Attorney

We're a small corporate team. We do deal work for early stage startups and beyond: small and mid-sized businesses and private investment funds. Corporate transactions, securities offerings, and the tax that comes with them. We're deal guys.

We need someone to draft. A ton. That's our bottleneck right now. If you take this job, you're heads down in documents most of the day. That's the job. Do it well and you'll be the most valuable person in the building.

You'll work directly with the owner. I'll know what you're working on and so will you.

We're growing, so the job you start in won't be the job you have in six months, and it won't be the job in a year. If you want a fixed lane that never moves, keep looking. If you want to grow as the firm grows, we should talk.

The work

• Draft corporate, securities, and fund documents. This is the heart of it.
• Move deals from term sheet to close.
• Work shoulder to shoulder with our team on live matters.
• Take on more as we grow, because we will.

• A sharp drafter who turns out clean, precise work fast and at volume.
• You know corporate, securities, and fund work, or you're hungry enough to get there quick.
• You go get the work. You don't wait for someone to hand it to you.
• You're good with a role that keeps changing.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
