I am currently working with a fast-growing firm based out of New York who are actively seeking multiple Corporate Attorney’s to join their team as they look to increase headcount. In terms of the opportunity, here are the headlines:

The Role 💼

• Provide legal counsel on Corporate Transactions: Including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, debt financing, venture capital transactions, and fund-related matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of Commercial Agreements: Including non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), service agreements, vendor contracts, shareholder agreements, and partnership agreements.
• Conduct due diligence and assist with Corporate Documentation Matters: Including entity formation, corporate governance, transaction structuring, and the negotiation and execution of complex business transactions.
• Support Startup and Emerging Growth Companies: Advising founders, investors, and management teams on corporate structuring, fundraising strategies, and operational legal matters.
