Associate Attorney

A well-established and growing plaintiff-side personal injury firm in Miami is seeking a driven Personal Injury Attorney to join its litigation team. The firm represents injured individuals in a wide range of matters and is looking for someone who is comfortable managing cases and advocating aggressively on behalf of clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of plaintiff-side personal injury matters from inception through resolution
• Conduct legal research, draft motions, pleadings, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and defense counsel
• Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial
• Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding case progress

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active Florida Bar license required
• Judicial clerkship experience required
• 3+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience preferred
• Experience with depositions, motion practice, and case strategy
• Strong writing, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced litigation environment

Compensation

• Full-time
• Salary range: $150,000 - $215,000 annually + performance bonuses
