About this role
Pacific Ivy Law Group, is looking to retain an attorney to assist with the preparation and negotiation of non-disclosure agreements. This is an on-demand position with a variable and flexible work-stream.

This role is not well-suited for attorneys seeking short-term engagements, highly variable schedules, or primarily advisory/strategic roles.
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed U.S. attorney in good standing
- Experience redlining and negotiating commercial agreements (NDA experience required)
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- In-house or law firm experience required (corporate experience preferred)
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
- Responsive during business hours and reliable with follow-through
- Emotionally steady and professional when managing demanding client interactions
Work Volume/Commitment:
- At least 25 hours per week
- Must be seeking long-term position (at least 1 year).
Experience/Skills:
- Licensed attorney
- Experience redlining contracts and interacting with clients
- High attention to detail, self-starter, reliable, strong follow-through with commitments
- Okay with repetitive work
- In-house or law firm experience required (plus if corporate)
