About this role
Pacific Ivy Law
Pacific Ivy Law is seeking a licensed attorney to join our team to support the review, drafting, and negotiation of non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), primarily within the private equity space.

- Experience redlining and negotiating commercial agreements (NDA experience required)
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- In-house or law firm experience required (corporate experience preferred)
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
- Responsive during business hours and reliable with follow-through
- Emotionally steady and professional when managing demanding client interactions

- Consistent weekday availability during standard U.S. business hours (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) is required
- Long-term engagement required (minimum one-year commitment). This role is designed for attorneys seeking stability and continuity rather than short-term or transitional work.
