About this role
Legal assistant or paralegal needed for Plaintiff's personal injury and matrimonial litigation firm. Legal assistant or paralegal must handle file from inception through trial. Legal assistant or paralegal must be bilingual. Legal assistant or paralegal with experience with Trialworks case management software and Timeslips billing programs is preferred. Competitive salary based on experience for legal assistant and paralegal. Legal assistant or paralegal responsibilities include discovery in personal injury cases, mandatory disclosure and production of financial documents in divorce cases, preparation of pleadings, scheduling depositions and hearings. Knowledge of circuit and federal court filing systems required. Must have experience as a legal assistant or paralegal. Ability to transcribe dictation from a recording is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
