Paralegal (Full-Time or Flexible Scheduling)

We're Hiring: Paralegal (Full-Time or Flexible) Join a Growing Law Firm in the Heart of Downtown Honolulu

Our dynamic and growing downtown Honolulu law firm is seeking a full-time paralegal with prior experience in civil law. Our practice is primarily focused on business related litigation, and we're looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us.

What We’re Looking For: We welcome candidates who have prior legal exposure, including legal assistant, paralegal, or military paralegal experience, and want to deepen their expertise. If you’re enthusiastic about learning litigation processes and growing into more complex tasks (such as drafting pleadings or assisting in depositions) this role will give you hands-on training and a clear path to advancement.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player. You should be comfortable with Microsoft Office and general computer systems, and have a strong command of clerical skills like typing, spelling, grammar, and file management. Just as important, we're looking for someone who brings enthusiasm and a genuine interest in the practice of law.

We expect that you’ll already be able to handle the general office duties independently, while receiving hands-on training and mentorship for the legal support responsibilities.

Schedule & Compensation: We're primarily seeking a full-time or near full-time hire, but are open to part-time or flextime arrangements for the right candidate. Compensation will be based on experience and skill level and will grow with your responsibilities, with regular performance reviews and potential for bonuses tied to your growth.

Location Requirement: You must currently reside in Hawaiʻi and be able to commute to our downtown Honolulu office.
