Legal Internship

Blackbull Law House is inviting applications from serious and career-focused final-year law students who intend to build their future in corporate legal practice, commercial transactions, compliance management, legal documentation, corporate structuring, contract management, business advisory, and regulatory support.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and analyze commercial agreements and legal documents.
• Assist in corporate compliance and regulatory matters.
• Support legal research on corporate, commercial, and business laws.
• Participate in contract management and transaction documentation.
• Assist with company law, corporate governance, and compliance assignments.
• Coordinate with management on legal and business-related matters.
• Prepare legal opinions, reports, notices, and corporate correspondence.
• Support due diligence, risk assessment, and legal review processes.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.

Eligibility Criteria

• Final Year LL.B. student (3-Year or 5-Year Law Program).
• Strong interest in corporate law, commercial law, compliance, and business advisory.
• Excellent English drafting and communication skills.
• Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a structured corporate environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments and strict deadlines.
