Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Conduct legal research and analysis on corporate governance issues 2. Assist in drafting and reviewing corporate governance policies and procedures 3. Support in developing and maintaining compliance programs 4. Conduct financial analysis and assist in preparing reports for senior management 5. Assist in preparing materials for board meetings and shareholder communications 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various projects and initiatives 7. Stay up to date on regulatory changes and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices.
