The role involves advising clients on a broad range of corporate, commercial, regulatory, and transactional matters, including contract drafting and negotiation, corporate governance, compliance, due diligence, and strategic advisory work. The successful candidate will work closely with senior lawyers and clients across diverse sectors and will have significant exposure to complex domestic and cross-border transactions.Key Responsibilities Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on a wide range of commercial contracts and transaction documents. Conduct legal and regulatory research and provide practical, business-oriented advice. Manage client relationships and contribute to strategic legal solutions. Qualifications Strong drafting, negotiation, and contract management skills. Innovative, proactive, and quick learner. Sound understanding of Corporate and Commercial Laws. Excellent legal research, analytical, and advisory capabilities. Strong communication and client-management skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
