Lawyer: Insurance (General Liability)

About the role:

• Work across a range of defendant insurance matters , with a focus on personal injury and general liability claims .
• The work will include managing both litigated and non-litigated matters for insurers and corporate clients,
• Draft advice, prepare court documents, brief counsel, and attend mediations.

The ideal candidate:

• 3–6 years’ PQE , and experience managing personal injury claims, public liability matters and/or broader liability disputes.
• Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills.
• The ability to work autonomously while still contributing to a collaborative team.
• A commercial, practical and client-focused approach.
