Responsibilities:

• Handling a wide range of cases across commercial litigation, criminal law, civil disputes, family law and immigration law.
• Conducting legal research and analysis to support client cases.
• Providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients.
• Drafting legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and court pleadings.
• Representing clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
• Staying updated on legal developments and changes in relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with a valid practicing certificate, and with 2-4 years of professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience in family law, commercial litigation, civil disputes, and immigration law.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritise workload effectively.
• Proven track record of providing high-quality legal services and achieving favourable outcomes for clients.
• Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and legal procedures.
• A client-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.
• Must be available for an immediate start at our Melbourne CBD office.
