Solicitor

We are seeking an experienced Solicitor (Minimum 2 Years PAE) to join our team. This role is ideal for a lawyer looking to further develop their practice in a supportive and professional environment. Experience in Family Law is highly regarded; however, candidates with experience gained in a general practice or boutique law firm environment will also be considered. You must hold a current practising certificate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with managing legal files under supervision
• Draft legal documents, correspondence, and court materials
• Conduct legal research and prepare summaries
• Communicate with clients and provide updates on their matters
• Attend court, mediations, and meetings when required

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' Post-Admission Experience (PAE) in Australia
• Experience in Family Law preferred, or experience within a general practice or boutique law firm
• Hold a current Australian practising certificate
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines
• Capable of working independently while contributing effectively to a team
• Professional, client-focused, and commercially minded approach

Pay: $110,000.00 – $160,000.00 per year
