Associate Attorney

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Associate Attorney role based in Pittsburgh, PA. The Associate Attorney will manage a litigation-focused caseload, including conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and correspondence. The role includes taking and defending depositions, preparing for and attending hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials under the supervision of senior attorneys as appropriate. Collaboration with partners, associates, and professional staff, as well as regular communication with clients, experts, and opposing counsel, is an essential part of the day-to-day work.

Qualifications

• 3- 5 years experience in civil litigation
• PA License required, WV License preferred
• Proficiency in legal research and writing
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
