Family Law Attorney

About Us We are a fast-paced, client-focused family law firm committed to delivering high-quality legal services with efficiency and professionalism. We are seeking a skilled Contract Family Law Attorney who can contribute immediately and operate with a high level of independence.

What You’ll Do You will handle substantive family law work from start to finish, including drafting and litigation support, while working closely with our team.

• Manage litigation preparation, including trial and arbitration readiness
• Draft pleadings, motions, declarations, discovery, and settlement documents
• Handle written discovery from initiation through completion
• Conduct legal research and apply findings strategically (Westlaw or similar tools)
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
• Appear at hearings, depositions, and trials as needed

What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple matters with minimal supervision.

• Active California Bar license required
• Strong experience in family law
• Ability to independently manage cases and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with legal research platforms (e.g., Westlaw)
• Bilingual in Mandarin/Chinese is a plus
