Key Responsibilities

• Support high-profile entertainment litigation matters from early case strategy through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, correspondence, and other litigation materials.
• Conduct legal research and factual investigation for complex entertainment and commercial disputes.
• Assist with discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Work closely with senior attorneys on sensitive matters involving prominent clients and industry issues.
• Develop litigation judgment, client instincts, and entertainment-industry fluency in a boutique environment.

About You

• JD class year 2022–2024.
• Strong litigation training from a respected firm, boutique, clerkship, or comparable platform.
• Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Strong judgment, discretion, and comfort around sensitive client matters.
• Genuine interest in entertainment litigation and the Los Angeles entertainment market.
• Ability to work closely with senior attorneys in a lean, high-performing team.
