Our client, a premier Los Angeles litigation and trial boutique, is seeking an exceptional mid-level associate to join its elite Entertainment Group representing A-list talent, major studios, and top executives in high-stakes industry disputes. This hands-on role offers the sophisticated, headline-making caseload of a global powerhouse paired with the lean staffing, sustainable 1,800-hour baseline target, and rapid career runway of a boutique platform. Prior entertainment law experience is not required; the firm is specifically looking for a brilliant commercial litigator with the raw analytical horsepower to immediately manage complex, cutting-edge matters.

• Academic Pedigree: JD from a Top-10 law school with an outstanding academic record and excellent grades (strict requirement; federal clerkship is a significant plus).
• Firm Experience: 3 to 5 years of general business litigation experience at a large law firm or a highly regarded boutique (exceptional 2nd or 6th-year candidates with exact matching credentials will be considered).
• Hours & Bonus Structure: A manageable 1,800-hour minimum to qualify for the standard bonus, with an elevated 1,950-hour gate that unlocks a premium, top-of-market bonus tier for high performers.
• Hybrid Work: 3 days required in office in Century City.
