Real Estate and Transactional Paralegal

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Transactional Paralegal to support attorneys with real estate, probate, estate planning, and business transactions. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple matters while providing exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review contracts, deeds, leases, transfer documents, and other transactional documents.
• Assist with residential and commercial real estate transactions, including title review, deed preparation, and closing coordination.
• Prepare probate filings, heirship applications, inventories, and related probate documents.
• Assist with estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and transfer-on-death deeds.
• Coordinate with clients, title companies, courts, financial institutions, and other third parties.
• Conduct legal and public records research, including property, probate, and business records.
• Maintain case files, track deadlines, and manage document execution and recording.
• Assist with business formations, corporate filings, and related transactional matters.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in probate, estate planning, real estate, or transactional law.
• Experience drafting and reviewing legal documents and court filings.
• Familiarity with probate procedures, estate planning documents, and real estate transactions.
• Strong organizational, communication, and client service skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
