Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts

• Provide legal consultations to business divisions

• Promote legal compliance and corporate ethics

• Manage outsourced legal services and collaborate with external counsel

• 契約書の作成、レビュー、交渉を行う

• 事業部門への法的助言を提供する

• 法令遵守と企業倫理の推進を担う

• 外部法律サービスの管理および外部弁護士との連携を行う

Qualifications:

• Must hold a Japanese lawyer qualification (licensed to practice law in Japan)

• Native-level Japanese proficiency for complex legal documentation

• Business-level English proficiency or willingness to learn

• 3+ years of practical experience as a lawyer

• Experience with contract drafting, reviewing, and negotiation

• Familiarity with legal compliance and corporate ethics

• Experience collaborating with external counsel

• Ability to work remotely and manage tasks independently
