Legal Specialist, FMCG 法務スペシャリスト - 東京 Our client, a prestigious global company in the FMCG sector, is seeking a Legal Specialist to join their Tokyo office. This role offers a unique opportunity for a junior legal professional to gain international in-house experience, working closely with business stakeholders across Japan and legal colleagues globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements

• Provide legal support on commercial and operational matters

• Identify legal risks and offer business-oriented advice

• Support General Counsel on corporate legal matters

• Collaborate on cross-border legal projects

• Coordinate with external counsel for specialized legal issues

• Assist in legal process improvements and contract management

• 商業契約書のレビュー、作成、交渉

• 商業および運営関連の法務サポート

• 法的リスクの特定とビジネス志向のアドバイスの提供

• コーポレート法務における法務部長のサポート

• 国境を越えた法務プロジェクトの協力

• 専門的な法律問題に関する外部弁護士との調整

• 法務プロセスの改善および契約管理の補助

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of legal experience in top-tier law firm or multinational corporation

• Fluent Japanese and English

• Strong understanding of commercial contracts and negotiation

• Must live and work in Japan

• Experience with FMCG industry legal matters is preferred but not mandatory

• Japanese legal qualification is preferred but not mandatory

• 日本国内での勤務・居住が可能であること
