The successful candidate will join a highly sophisticated, structured corporate legal department consisting of 18 dedicated professionals, including four qualified attorneys (Bengoshi). This environment offers an exceptional balance of structured corporate resources and the dynamic energy of a private equity-driven transformation.

■Responsibilities

・Global Governance Frameworks: Design, implement, and oversee robust compliance programs across the group’s extensive international network, focusing on anti-bribery and corruption (ABC) and competition/anti-monopoly laws.

・Strategic Risk Management: Act as a key advisory partner to business units, evaluating legal risks associated with new business initiatives and cross-border M&A transactions.

・IPO Preparedness: Establish and refine internal control systems to meet the rigorous governance standards required for public market listing.

■Requirements

・5+ years of corporate compliance or legal experience (gained within a corporate legal department, audit firm, or law firm).

・Japanese: Business level or above / Fluent

・English: Business-level proficiency (TOEIC 700+ or equivalent) to manage cross-border reporting and global frameworks.

・Possess a logical mindset and strong communication gravitas.

*An established salary band of ¥5,500,000 to ¥12,000,000 JPY (commensurate with experience), supplemented by attractive corporate benefits, housing/family allowances, and a secure retirement severance framework.
