Conduct in-depth legal research on relevant topics and provide summaries and analysis for the legal team. 2. Assist in drafting legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and memos. 3. Review and analyze legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with laws and regulations. 4. Collaborate with team members to support various legal projects and initiatives. 5. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company. 6. Participate in meetings and discussions with the legal team to brainstorm ideas and strategies. 7. Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the legal department and contribute to the overall success of Reducate.ai.
