About part time job/internship This Land Acquisition Title Due Diligence Internship offers hands-on experience in expanding an MNC's footprint in India. You will assist in scouting, vetting, and acquiring large land parcels across Rajasthan and Gujarat, working directly with the real estate and legal teams to ensure all regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1) Due Diligence: Assist in analysing land titles, verifying 7/12 extracts, and cross-referencing local revenue records with state portals (like Apna Khata Rajasthan or i-ORA Gujarat). 2) Regulatory Compliance: Help prepare documentation for land-use conversions, 3) No Objection Certificates (NOCs), and environmental clearances. 4) Data Mapping: Create and maintain comprehensive databases of potential acquisition sites What You Will Learn: End-to-End Deal Structuring: Understand the legal and financial complexities of acquiring land for large-scale multinational projects in India.
