 Essential Qualification and Experience 
 <ul>
 <li>Qualified Company Secretary (CS) is mandatory.</li>
 <li>LL.B. qualification will be an added advantage.</li>
 <li>Relevant experience in corporate law, FEMA compliances, regulatory advisory, and transactional support.</li>
 <li>Strong drafting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.</li>
 <li>Ability to manage multiple assignments and work in a dynamic environment.</li>
 </ul> 
 Roles & Responsibilities 
 <ul>
 <li>Provide end-to-end regulatory advisory and compliance support under the Companies Act, FEMA regulations, and Labour Codes.</li>
 <li>Ensure timely compliance with applicable corporate and regulatory requirements.</li>
 <li>Conduct and manage legal and regulatory due diligence for transactions, investments, and restructuring activities.</li>
 <li>Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents, agreements, and other commercial contracts.</li>
 <li>Support clients and stakeholders on regulatory matters and risk mitigation strategies.</li>
 <li>Monitor regulatory developments and advise on their impact on business operations.</li>
 <li>Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies for approvals, filings, registrations, and clarifications (preferred).</li>
