 <li>Experience in conducting risk assessments and developing risk mitigation strategies.</li>
 <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.</li>
 <li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li>
 <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.</li>
 <li>Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.</li>

 Roles & Responsibilities 
 <ul>
 <li>Research and analyze industry trends, regulations, and best practices to inform policy development and updates.</li>
 <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and align policies accordingly.</li>
 <li>Develop and document comprehensive policies and procedures, ensuring clarity and ease of implementation.</li>
 <li>Conduct regular reviews and assessments of existing policies to identify areas for improvement and ensure ongoing compliance.</li>
 <li>Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders on policy implementation and interpretation.</li>
 <li>Monitor and stay updated on regulatory changes, ensuring the bank's policies remain aligned with the latest requirements.</li>
 <li>Conduct risk assessments and identify potential vulnerabilities in consumer-facing processes and systems.</li>
 <li>Work closely with the legal team to ensure policies adhere to legal and regulatory standards.</li>
 <li>Prepare and present policy-related reports and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.</li>
 <li>Support the implementation of new policies and procedures, providing guidance and addressing any queries.</li>
