Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Non Litigation Legal Manager role based in Hyderabad. The Non Litigation Legal Manager will review, draft, and vet a wide range of legal documents, including loan agreements, security documents, sanction letters, and ancillary documentation for retail and corporate lending. The role involves advising internal stakeholders on legal risks and compliance, interpreting applicable laws and regulations, and ensuring that business processes align with regulatory requirements and internal policies. The individual will coordinate with external legal counsel, manage legal opinions and title search reports, and support documentation for property-related transactions. The Non Litigation Legal Manager will also handle contract management, maintain legal records, participate in process improvements, and provide legal training and guidance to business and operations teams. Qualifications Strong foundation in Law with the ability to interpret statutes, regulations, and case laws relevant to housing finance and NBFC operations. Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and vetting loan documentation, security documents, and commercial contracts. Experience in Legal Consulting, providing clear, business-oriented legal advice to internal stakeholders and supporting decision-making. Hands-on exposure to Legal Compliance, including regulatory adherence, policy implementation, and alignment with RBI and other applicable guidelines. Background in managing Legal Affairs, such as coordination with external counsel, handling title reports, and maintaining comprehensive legal documentation. Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B); LL.M or specialization in corporate/finance/real estate law is an advantage. 3–7 years of relevant non-litigation experience in financial services, housing finance, banking, or NBFCs preferred. Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
