Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, based in Hyderabad, for a Litigation Lawyer. The Litigation Lawyer will handle various legal matters, provide expert legal advice, draft legal documents, conduct in-depth legal research, and represent clients in courts. The role also involves negotiating settlements, collaborating with colleagues to build strong cases, and consistently delivering results aligned with clients' objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Law with expertise in handling Legal Issues and providing Legal Advice
• Experience working in Courts and familiarity with court procedures
• Proven skills in Negotiation and conflict resolution
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Licensed to practice law
• Experience in dealing with corporate clients or similar practice areas is an advantage
• 2 yrs experience
