Para-legal / Litigation Law Clerk

Gibson Tanner Rabin LLP is a mid-sized Ottawa-law firm established in 2024. We require an exceptional professional to support our growing litigation practice.

What We’re Looking For:

· A minimum of 5 years’ experience assisting with Litigation practice in Ontario;

· Advanced knowledge of litigation law, practice, and procedures and strong knowledge of the Ontario Rules of Civil Procedure;

· Experience with Superior Court, Small Claims Court, Federal Court, Tribunals, Bankruptcy and Commercial Court, and filing in the online portal Justice Services or Case Center;

· Excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to details and ability to interact with clients required;

· A team-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving; and

· Full-time and in-person at our office re-locating to 99 Bank Street (Sun Life Centre).

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
