Our client, an established tech company in Canada, is seeking Product Counsel Attorneys.

About the Role

Qualifications:

• End-to-end product counseling experience, addressing ad hoc requests and supporting product, engineering and business teams through product development & launch.
• Regulatory & compliance counseling experience in the tech, AI and product space.
• Privacy regulatory experience and knowledge of international privacy law.
• AI or Cloud experience a plus.
• Have at least 5 years of experience ideally gained from top or mid-tier law firms servicing in-house clients or in-house directly.

Required Skills

• End-to-end product counseling experience.
• Regulatory & compliance counseling experience.
• Privacy regulatory experience.
• AI or Cloud experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience from top or mid-tier law firms.
