Legal Advisor

AA growing F&B restaurant group in Dubai is looking for a sharp and proactive Legal Advisor to join our team.

The Role

You'll be our go-to legal expert — advising across operations, contracts, labor law, compliance, and international expansion. This is a hands-on, high-impact position with visibility at the executive level.

What You'll Do

• Advise on UAE Labor Law, employment contracts, and regulatory compliance
• Draft, review, and manage contracts and commercial agreements
• Support dispute resolution and negotiate on behalf of the business
• Provide legal guidance on international expansion (Europe & GCC)
• Liaise with external counsel, government bodies, and regulatory authorities

What We're Looking For

• LL.B degree from a recognized university
• 4–6 years of experience as a Legal Advisor in the GCC
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and commercial law
• Experience in the hospitality or F&B industry is a plus
• Excellent communication, drafting, and analytical skills
