Legal Advisor (UAE Nationals Only – Emiratization)

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Legal Advisor (Emiratization only) to join our legal team in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves providing legal advisory services, representing clients before courts, and ensuring compliance with UAE laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to clients and ensure clear understanding of their rights and obligations.
• Draft contracts, agreements, and legal reports in compliance with UAE legislation.
• Represent clients before courts of all levels, including primary and appellate courts.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on UAE laws and regulations.
• Participate in arbitration proceedings and commercial dispute resolution.
• Follow up on ongoing cases and update clients on developments.
• Support corporate clients in legal compliance matters (real estate, trade, corporate law).
• Handle administrative tasks related to case management and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law with a valid UAE legal practice license.
• Strong knowledge of UAE laws and legal procedures.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic; English is an advantage.
• Ability to negotiate and resolve disputes effectively.
