Law firm is looking for a self-starter litigation Paralegal. The candidate must have a minimum of five years of experience working in New York Federal court. A paralegal certificate degree is preferred. The ideal candidate must have strong communication, legal research, and writing skills. Must be able to manage own caseload, assist the partner in the litigation process, prepare for trials, research, writing, drafting discovery, and motion practice. In addition, the candidate must have experience scheduling depositions, hearings, e-filing, and maintaining case calendars and deadlines. The candidate must be technologically savvy and very familiar with google workspace. The position is remote and part-time.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
