Key Duties:

• Defend complex insurance defense matters for major carriers and corporate insureds
• Manage cases from investigation through discovery, depositions, and motion practice
• Prepare for mediations, hearings, and trial
• Handle high-exposure claims involving general liability, products liability, and related issues
• Work closely with partners and clients on strategy and case resolution

Requirements:

• JD and active Florida bar
• 3–7+ years of strong insurance defense or complex civil litigation experience
• Excellent analytical, writing, and advocacy skills
