Who We Are

Mister Wolf, P.C. is a California-based law firm representing clients in contractual disputes, consumer-related matters, and other civil legal claims.

Our firm manages a high volume of active cases and client communications. We pride ourselves on providing responsive client service, clear communication, and consistent follow-through throughout every stage of a client's case.

We are not looking for a traditional receptionist or call center representative.

We are looking for someone with prior law firm experience who understands how legal cases move through a firm, how to communicate professionally with clients, and how to maintain accurate case documentation.

  • Managing multiple priorities simultaneously

If you have never worked in a law firm before, this position likely will not be a good fit.

What You'll Be Doing

This role is heavily focused on client communication and case support.

On a typical day you may:

  • Answer inbound client calls
  • Return client voicemails
  • Respond to support tickets
  • Follow up with clients regarding missing documents
  • Provide case status updates
  • Send emails and text messages to clients
  • Document all client interactions in our CRM and case management systems
  • Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and legal staff
  • Escalate urgent client concerns
  • Review case records and identify missing information
  • Track outstanding tasks and follow-ups

This is a high-volume position that requires strong organization and attention to detail.

Performance Expectations

Successful team members are expected to:

  • Handle a high volume of client communications daily
  • Maintain accurate case notes
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Keep support tickets organized and updated
  • Follow up consistently on outstanding client needs
  • Work efficiently across multiple software systems
  • Maintain professionalism when dealing with frustrated or emotional clients

Required QualificationsRequired

  • Minimum 1 year of law firm experience
  • Strong phone communication skills
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Professional customer service experience
  • Experience handling sensitive or confidential information
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Reliable transportation to the Irvine office

Preferred

  • 2+ years of legal support experience
  • Experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant
  • Experience with litigation support
  • Experience with CRM or case management software
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
