<Job Summary> We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive support across a variety of legal practice areas, including criminal law, domestic law, personal injury law, and litigation. Your expertise will help streamline case management, draft documents, and ensure efficient legal administrative operations. <Duties>

  • Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence with precision and clarity.
  • Perform document review and proofreading to verify accuracy and consistency across all legal materials.
  • Support project management initiatives by coordinating deadlines, tracking case progress, and maintaining detailed records of activities.
  • Conduct interviews with clients or witnesses as needed to gather relevant information for ongoing cases.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, courts, vendors, and internal teams via professional phone etiquette and organizational skills.
  • Support administrative functions including data entry, filing, scheduling appointments, and managing legal administrative tasks efficiently.

<Requirements>

  • Proven paralegal experience with a strong understanding of diverse practice areas and litigation procedures.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence clearly and professionally.
  • Familiarity with document management systems and data entry procedures within a busy law office environment.
  • Exceptional clerical skills including filing, transcription, proofreading, and maintaining meticulous records.
  • Effective communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette for interacting with clients and team members.
