Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Attorney with experience in Estate Planning and Tax Planning to join our growing law firm in Florida. This is a role ideal for a candidate who thrives in a collaborative office environment and is committed to providing exceptional legal services to individuals, families, and business clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives
• Advise clients on estate, gift, and income tax planning strategies
• Assist clients with asset protection and wealth transfer planning
• Provide legal guidance on business tax matters, including entity structuring and tax implications
• Handle probate and trust administration matters as needed
• Stay up to date on federal and Florida state tax laws and regulations
• Collaborate with clients, financial advisors, and other professionals to develop comprehensive legal strategies
• Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and high-quality service

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the State of Florida
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in estate planning and tax law (preferred; can adjust based on your needs)
• Strong understanding of federal and Florida estate and tax regulations
• Experience with probate and trust administration is a plus
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to client service
