Litigation Counsel

An established and fast-growing financial services platform is looking to hire a litigation counsel to join the team. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of litigation matters in a dynamic, commercially driven setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing litigation cases from pre-action stage through to judgment and enforcement
• Ensuring compliance with relevant procedural rules and pre-action protocols
• Drafting pleadings, settlement agreements, and security documentation
• Managing a high-volume caseload, including oversight of costs and recoveries
• Liaising with external legal advisers and managing panel firms

The successful candidate will be a Qualified solicitor with experience in financial litigation, such as debt recovery, lending disputes, or enforcement. Claims experience will also be considered. Strong drafting and negotiation skills and a proven ability to manage multiple matters effectively are essential.
