Corporate M&A Associate

We're instructed on several Corporate M&A opportunities with leading US law firms in London.

You'll advise private equity sponsors, portfolio companies and major corporates on a broad range of domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, investments, disposals, joint ventures and general corporate matters. Working alongside highly regarded partners, you'll gain exposure to some of the most sophisticated and high-value transactions in the market.

Requirements

• NQ–5 PQE gained at a leading UK, US or international law firm.
• Experience advising on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings.
• Strong technical, drafting and analytical skills.
• Excellent academic credentials and a commercial approach to client service.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
