We are a niche commercial and corporate law firm based in central Birmingham. We provide a comprehensive range of commercial services to our clients and have made a deliberate choice to remain smaller than our peers - this enables our clients to benefit from our time and the direct attention of the right people. We work as a tight-knit team to deliver the best for our clients.

We have cultivated the technical and interpersonal skills required to deliver a world class service and we are now in a position to recruit a further candidate to join our team to assist us with our growing number of clients.

The right candidate will be chosen from a selection who following an initial Indeed video interview will be invited to attend a 1 day voluntary work assessment placement. A twelve month Legal Assistant role will be available to a successful candidate with a view to offering a Training Contract after the successful completion of their Legal Assistant position. As a Legal Assistant, you will be required to assist experienced lawyers, predominantly in the Real Estate sector of the firm. The salary as a Trainee Solicitor will be discussed prior to commencement of the Training Contract and the candidate’s progress and ability during their role as a Legal Assistant will be taken into account.

Our objective here at Newhall Solicitors LLP is to train and develop an extremely competent commercial solicitor who will service our longstanding and loyal clients. The successful candidate must have a mature outlook, be a very good team player, can work under pressure, is commercially astute and who is willing to learn.

All applicants must submit and attach their CV which clearly displays their academic achievements/grades/classifications please.
