Leeds | 3+ Years’ PQE

A leading UK law firm with a nationally recognised social housing practice is looking to recruit an experienced Housing Management & Property Litigation Lawyer to join its growing Leeds team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly regarded team acting for registered providers, local authorities, private landlords, developers and care providers across England and Wales.

The Role

You’ll manage your own varied caseload covering:

Possession proceedings

Injunctions and ASB matters

Housing disrepair claims

Property litigation

Housing management advisory work and policy advice

You’ll also support senior lawyers on complex matters, supervise junior team members and play an active role in client relationships, training and business development.

About You

You will be:

A Solicitor, FCILEx (with Civil Litigation Practice Rights) or Barrister

3+ years PQE with experience in housing management and/or property litigation

Confident running your own caseload

Commercially aware and client-focused

Organised, proactive and resilient under pressure

A strong communicator with excellent attention to detail

Experience supervising junior staff or paralegals would be advantageous.
