An established top 100 UK law firm with a strong private client practice is looking to appoint a Senior Associate into its Watford office. This is a strategic hire with a clear pathway towards Partnership.

The role

You will play a central role in developing the private client offering in Watford, working closely with senior stakeholders across the firm.

Key responsibilities:

• Advise high net worth individuals on estate planning, tax and trusts matters
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Support and mentor junior lawyers
• Identify and drive business development opportunities
• Contribute to the growth strategy of the wider private client team

Experience required

• Qualified solicitor with solid private client experience
• Strong background advising HNW clients
• Experience across a mix of:
• Estate administration
• Succession planning
• Trusts
• Personal tax
• Commercial awareness and an interest in developing a practice
• Clear communication style and strong interpersonal skills
