About the Opportunity

While not attached to a specific vacancy, this EOI provides an opportunity to connect with us if you are considering your next move and would like to be part of a leading intellectual property firm.

Depending on your background and interests, and level of seniority, your role may include:

• managing local and international trademark portfolios across a range of industries
• preparing, filing and prosecuting trademark applications
• advising on trademark clearance, protection and enforcement strategies
• providing strategic brand protection advice to clients across sectors such as consumer goods, retail, technology and emerging industries
• liaising with clients, colleagues and overseas associates
• contributing to the development of client relationships and business growth

About You

You are a senior, qualified trade marks attorney or lawyer with experience gained in private practice or an in-house environment.

You will bring:

• experience across trademark prosecution, portfolio management and advisory work
• exposure to a range of industries or brand-led sectors
• strong commercial awareness and client focus
• excellent written and verbal communication skills
• a high level of attention to detail and organisational capability
• the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• a proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach
