Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on corporate rights and obligations
• Draft contracts for leases, acquisitions, and sales
• Advise on cross-border legal matters in healthcare
• Support mergers and acquisitions legal processes

Qualifications:

• Qualified lawyer (bengoshi or foreign qualification)
• 3-6 years of experience in law firm or corporate legal field
• Native Japanese, Fluent English
• Cross-border legal engagement experience
• Healthcare industry experience
• Experience with contract law, including leases and acquisitions
• Familiarity with corporate legal rights and obligations

応募資格

• 契約法（賃貸、買収契約を含む）に関する経験
• 企業法務における権利および義務の知識
