Student Outreach Associate (Law Background)

About part time job/internship About the Role: We are looking for a law student who can talk. Someone who genuinely understands what it means to be a law student navigating career uncertainty, and who can have an honest, confident conversation with another student about why Legal Olympiad matters. This is not a cold-calling job. You will be speaking with students who have already expressed interest in our programs and helping them take the next step, whether that is registering for the Olympiad exam, enrolling in a litigation training program or joining a course. You are not selling something you do not believe in. You are having a peer-to-peer conversation with someone who is exactly where you were when you first discovered Legal Olympiad. If you are articulate, persuasive, genuinely interested in the legal world and want to earn while you study, this internship was built for you. Shift Timing 1) Weekdays: 3 pm to 8 pm 2) Saturdays: 11 am to 8 pm Sundays off. Fully work from home. You need a quiet space, a reliable phone and a working internet connection. What You Will Do: 1) Make 50 to 60 outreach calls per day to students who have shown interest in Legal Olympiad programs. 2) Explain the platform clearly: what the Olympiad is, what the courses and training programs cover, and why they matter for a legal career. 3) Listen to student concerns and address them honestly and confidently, drawing on your own experience as a law student. 4) Follow up with students who need more time to decide. 5) Maintain a simple daily call log and share it at the end of each shift. 6) Share feedback on common questions or objections so we can keep improving our outreach approach. What You Will Earn: 1) Fixed Stipend: Rs. 5,000 per month. 2) Incentive: Rs. 75 per confirmed registration above your monthly baseline, uncapped. A motivated person in this role can earn meaningfully more than the base stipend. Other requirements Who We Are Looking For: • A law student (LLB, BA LLB or equivalent), currently enrolled at any year of study. • Naturally articulate and comfortable holding a conversation with a stranger. • Confident, warm and persuasive without being pushy. • Reliable and accountable: you show up for your shift, log your calls and flag problems early. • Genuinely interested in legal education, career development and the legal ecosystem in India. • Bonus: you have attended a Legal Olympiad webinar, session or event, or already know the platform well.
