Our client, a large and growing Ontario-based transportation and infrastructure organization, is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel with strong Ontario construction law expertise to join its collaborative in-house legal team. This role offers the opportunity to advise on significant infrastructure, construction, procurement, and modernization projects across a diverse portfolio of operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction law from either a solicitor or litigation background, strong business judgment, and exceptional stakeholder management skills.
