The position will support StepStone’s global Infrastructure & Real Assets business (“SIRA”), with team members located in Australia, North America, Europe and the United Kingdom. You will report, directly or indirectly, into the Partner and Head of Legal, Infrastructure & Real Assets in the London, UK office and be an integral member of SIRA and the StepStone Legal team. Together with the other members of the SIRA Legal team, you will support SIRA’s fund and private markets investments, primarily focusing on secondary transactions, fund investments and co-investments. This role may also include assisting in the structuring, negotiation, formation, and management of SIRA’s commingled funds, funds-of-one / separately managed accounts, and advisory relationships. Review, negotiate and draft documentation in respect of (i) secondary transactions (GP-led and LP-led), (ii) fund investments, and (iii) co-investments, including partnership agreements, term sheets, letters of intent, transfer agreements and side let

• tersAssist senior attorneys in fund formation and structuring for private equity commingled funds and funds-of-one and negotiating investment advisory agreements and placement agreem
• entsAssist with the structuring, entity formation and on-going legal operational needs of SIRA accounts and f
