Excellent drafting and legal research skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to interpret and communicate legal concepts in a clear, business-friendly manner. High level of ownership, responsiveness, and ability to manage multiple assignments. Collaborative approach with good stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong analytical thinking and a solution-oriented mindset. Roles & Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including vendor, distribution, service, licensing, and SaaS/technology agreements. Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, and regulatory issues, providing well-reasoned and practical advice to business teams. Assist in corporate governance and compliance under applicable laws such as the Companies Act, FEMA, and SEBI regulations. Support due diligence and documentation in corporate transactions such as investments, mergers, and restructurings. Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, finance, tech, business) to align contract and compliance processes with organizational objectives. Track regulatory updates and summarize implications for internal stakeholders.
