Name of the Post: Manager (Data Privacy) Location: Mumbai Essential Qualification and Experience Minimum of 9+ years of experience in data protection or privacy compliance. CIPT/CIPM/CIPPE or any other related certifications preferred. Controlling – Cost Centre Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing. In-depth knowledge of data protection laws and regulations, particularly the Personal Data Protection Bill in India. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in law, information technology, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Roles & Responsibilities As a Manager in our Cyber Team, you'll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. Develop data protection policies and procedures in accordance with privacy laws and regulations for clients. Conduct assessments to identify potential data privacy and protection risks and develop mitigation strategies for clients as per their requirements. Monitor and evaluate data processing activities to ensure compliance with data protection laws and company policies as per client requirement. Provide guidance and support to the clients on conducting data protection impact assessments (DPIAs), conducting risk assessments, data governance, application, privacy impact assessments. Design and build security / privacy framework, design/re-design processes and privacy controls to ensure framework development for clients. How to apply?
